We’re here for the curious, the chaos-friendly, and anyone who’s ever said,
“I’ve always wanted to try that.”

We don’t do yacht clubs or high-dollar certifications:

We turn “someday” into

“hell yeah, I sail now!”

— with peer-led learning, impromptu repairs, duct-taped tillers, a lot of bad jokes,

and a little

misadventure.

We’re not a sailing school.

We’re a fleet of spicy little boats held together by hopes, dreams, shared responsibility,

and maybe some cuss words to patch things up—

designed for people who want to learn by doing

(and mess up gloriously along the way).

What We Sail

We sail San Juan 24s — fast, feisty Pacific Northwest classics built for speed, mistakes, and comebacks.
They’re not shiny museum pieces — they’re your classroom, your playground, your proving ground.

They're perfect.

How We Roll

We believe sailing should be:
✅ Accessible (not exclusive)
✅ Hands-on (not hypothetical)
✅ Community-driven (not top-down)
✅ Enhanced by feeling (not paperwork)

You’ll learn by showing up, screwing up, fixing it, and teaching someone else.

We sail chaotic races (hi, Duck Dodge), run F.A. & F.O. missions, and hold maintenance days where

the boat teaches you more than the manual ever could.

No tests. No gatekeeping. Just real-world progression.

Crew -O- Stripes – Start here. Learn the ropes (actually called lines).
Stripes I–III (Skipper) – Take the helm. Lead a mission. Dock under sail without panicking (9 times out of 10).
X Pirate X – Mentor others. Lead the fleet. Keep the whole circus sailing.

Why We Exist

Because Seattle is full of brilliant weirdos who’ve never been invited to the dock.
Because real learning happens when things break.
Because confidence should be earned — not bought.
Because sailing should be fun, affordable, and unapologetically real.

We're building sailors who know what to do when the wind dies, the outboard quits,

and the beer is almost gone...

What It Costs

We keep it cheap on purpose.
